Hmis2 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for Malaysian Users
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the hmis2 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated below.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing the hmis2 website, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are agreeing to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To register and use the hmis2 platform, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not a citizen or resident of any jurisdiction where use of this service is prohibited by law.
- Register using accurate, complete, and valid personal information.
Hmis2 reserves the right to verify user information at any time and to reject registration applications or close accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements.
2. Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the hmis2 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without compensation.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. hmis2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your login credentials. Please contact customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
You may not transfer, sell, or give your account to another party under any circumstances.
User Responsibilities When Using the Platform
Users agree not to use the hmis2 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or integrity-compromising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's systems.
- Providing false information during registration or the verification process.
- Colluding with other users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financing activities.
3. Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the hmis2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are from legitimate sources and belong to them personally.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including online bank transfers and listed local digital wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set and displayed at the payment interface. hmis2 reserves the right to change available payment methods without prior notice.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or payment method that has been registered and verified under the same user's name. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. Processing times vary depending on the chosen method and may take anywhere from a few hours to three business days.
Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses offered by hmis2 are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page. Users found to be abusing bonus offers may face action including bonus cancellation and account closure.
4. Liability Limits, Account Policies, and Intellectual Property
Liability Limits
Hmis2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, this platform. This includes losses resulting from service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access by third parties beyond our reasonable control.
Hmis2's maximum total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Hmis2 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or unlawful conduct.
Users whose accounts have been closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to claim any outstanding bonus balance that has not met its wagering requirements. Valid cash balances will be processed once the investigation is complete, in accordance with platform procedures.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, trademarks, logos, the hmis2 name, and software on this platform are the exclusive property of hmis2 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any element of this platform without prior written consent from hmis2.
Any infringement of these intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
5. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Third-Party Links & Services
The hmis2 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services such as payment providers. hmis2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Users access such links at their own risk and are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms of service.
Changes to These Terms
Hmis2 reserves the right to modify, add, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the hmis2 platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any dispute.
